In 1571, 30 years after discovering the choux pastry, the salty version was invented by Louis Pyneau and Jean Prunutz who lived in Yonne.
And today the company Pyneau Prunutz will honour them by reinventing the "Gougère" (burgundian speciality) without forgetting the tradition.
Our famous wine and snakes are on the best tables, but there are a lot of other regional products which must be known.
